# Release 0.38.1

Release Date: October 2026

Previous Version: v0.38.0

This release makes workspace setup and plan selection clearer. Compare paid plans as you create a workspace, and continue with the plan you chose on the Atlas website.

## A clearer workspace setup

The redesigned **Create workspace** dialog brings your workspace name, paid monthly plans, and **Continue to checkout** together. Compare included credits, support, and on-demand pricing before you continue.

A paid plan is preselected, and you can choose another card with a click or the keyboard. Enter a workspace name to enable checkout. The dialog also includes **Cancel**, a Terms of Service link, and a separate Enterprise contact option for teams with different requirements.

## Continue with the plan you chose on the website

Choose **Get Pro** or **Get Studio** on the website, then sign in or create an account. Atlas carries your choice through authentication and opens **Plan & credits** in your active workspace with the matching plan in view.

For a workspace without a subscription, the selected plan's checkout action is highlighted. Checkout still starts only when you choose a plan action; your workspace's billing permissions and existing subscription restrictions continue to apply.

The short walkthrough shows the sign-in handoff after choosing Studio, with account details hidden.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.atlas.design/atlas-ai-studio-overview/release-notes/release-0.38.1.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
